NEUSTEP CREATES VIRTUAL WALK-THROUGHS OF NON-EXISTING ENVIORNMENTS.

Chicago, IL April 10, 2007 -- NeuStep announced today that they have successfully created their patent-pending virtual walk-throughs of non-existent environments.  Using architecturally rendered environments, NeuStep has given the consumer the opportunity to now explore properties of interest online during the pre-construction phase.

In the past, NeuStep's sales have mainly been directed toward the real estate and hospitality industries.  When they wanted to broaden their customer base into construction and development, questions arose regarding walk-throughs of non-existent properties.  NeuStep figured it out.

"When trying to branch into the development industry, a main concern was whether or not we could portray the property in the pre-construction phase.  At the time, we could only create walk-throughs of existing properties" stated Justin Young, Public Relations correspondent for NeuStep.  "It was time to go back to the drawing board."
