Trent has a history of corporate leadership, most recently as national vice president of SAP North America and former president and CEO of Proficiency, Inc. He has led the growth of many companies and organizations through his successful sales and business development strategies.

As executive vice president, technology of NeuStep, Gene Ellis is responsible for product and software development. He is the principal engineer of the WebWalk online platform and oversees the implementation and customization of the platform's various solutions. Gene also oversees the execution of special projects, such as large-scale WebWalk productions, and plays an important role in the company's international business and investor relations.
